The Hato Caves were formed below the sea level millions of years ago. With the Ice Ages the water level dropped down and Curacao was born. The Hato cave covers an area of 4900 m2, and is the home to the beautiful limestone formations, romantic pools, waterfall and our famous Madonna statue. Also inside the Cave is a colony of Seldon seen long nose fruit bats.

Explore Curacao's spectacular coral reefs on the Seaworld Explorer, a state-of-the-art semi-submarine. Enjoy this unique, narrated excursion as a diverhand-feeds a multitude of fish right in front of your own viewing window. Seaworld Explorer is developed in Australia for use on the Great Barrier Reef. The vessel does not submerge; you descend into the hull of this cruising underwater observatory and sit in air-conditioned comfort five feet below the surface of the water, exploring sea life through large, clear glass windows.
Your tour begins at the dock in Willemstad from where you are driven three miles by coach to the Dive Site to board the Seaworld Explorer. From there you embark on a narrated tour of the coral reefs along the south side of the island. Just offshore, from your underwater viewpoint, you can clearly observe a wall dropping sharply to depths of several hundred feet. You will see dozens of tropical fish such as yellowtail snapper, sergeant majors, parrotfish, and queen angelfish, as well as delicate colonies of coral that were thousands of years in the making. Then watch in awe as a diver is surrounded by hungry fish hand-fed right in front of your window. A knowledgeable marine expert will provide you with information on the amazing underwater world around and will be happy to answer questions.

Boca Table Cave, Natural Bridge,Blow Hole / Boca Pistol
Open from 9.00 - 17.00
Area with more than 10 beautiful boca's where 3 kind of turtle species breed.

Curaçao's longest and whitest beach is on Klein Curaçao, an uninhabited island eight miles off the souteast coast. Dive operators and charter boats take passengers out to the oversized volcanic rock for beach parties, cookouts and fantastic diving. The shore is covered in soft white sand and the water is crystal clear, but there is little shade. The northeastern side routinely has calm water with gentle waves. If you want to go over here, check with dive operators or sailboat charters that offer trips including snorkling and refreshments and usually a picnic or barbecue lunch.
